Shipping & Returns

Ordering

Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you within 24 hours, but please bear in mind that we are a small independent business and only process orders Monday-Friday.

We aim to process & despatch your order within 5 working days.

 

Whilst we endeavour to ensure all products on offer are in stock, should there be a problem with the item ordered we will be in touch withing 24 hours to let you know and offer either a refund or replacement.

At times of national crisis shipping may take a little longer than expected.

Delivery

We have a £3.95 standard postage charge for items totalling up to £30 with the exception of unusually heavy items which may incur a surcharge indicated at checkout.  

 

Free delivery on purchase totals over £30 (unless unusually heavy or large, which will incur a surcharge indicated at checkout).

 

We try and keep unnecessary waste to a minimum & recycle wherever we can, so please don’t be surprised if your order arrives in a pre-loved box or bag.

 

The above charges relate to delivery within the UK. Currently we do not accept orders from outside the UK.

Returns

Don’t like it?

No problem! Just return item(s) within 21 days of receipt in unused and original condition with tags attached. We accept return of sale items withing 7 days of receipt, again in original condition with tags attached.

You will be liable for the return postage costs, as we only offer free returns on faulty goods or where the error is ours.   If an unwanted item is not returned within 14 days regrettably no exchange or refund will be possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

 

Damaged or faulty?

Please let us know within 7 days of receipt and we will of course either replace or refund the item incl. refund of return postage.

To return an item, please wrap securely and use an insured registered delivery, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

 

Please note: for hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns of earrings and knickers, unless faulty.
